You have done your research, you have have read up on types of roofing, and materials. You have a real good idea of what manufacturer you want to use. Now it is a matter of getting it installed. You don't want the fight with the salesperson, nor do you want to pay more for them to upsell you. We respect that and have created a way that you can skip the salesperson, pocket their commission as a discount, and you can be sure you are getting the roof you want, and installed above manufacturer specifications.

2-GUIDED

YOU ARE 90% SURE.

You have done your homework, and you don't enjoy the "old school" sales process that was more of a battle to protect you bank balance than ensuring you get the right roof, at the right price. We have Advisors who are paid a salary (NOT A COMMISSION) and it is their job to walk with you through the choices, to explain the pros and cons of each roofing system. To ensue that you are fully informed while making you decision. This process is done via the phone or video chat.

3-ON-SITE

POTENTIAL ISSUES

There are times when a roof might have enough issues, or a homeowner has questions that can only be answered after a complete inspection is done. This requires on-site. We still use the state-of-the-art digital information for measurement and accuracy, but we will then also typically walk the property and at times walk the roof. This helps us understand the true extent of work to be done. We recommend this if you believe that you have lots of required repair work, extensive leaking or large water stains. That doesn't mean we are going to beat you up. All our on-site inspectors are trained to be advisors, educators. We will spend the time showing you why one system will be better than another. We will walk through and detail out notes of repair work. This provides us the ability to have the most accurate estimates on high-risk roofing project.
